DENTAL SURGERY

Sometimes it is necessary to have a tooth extracted or “pulled” due to extensive decay, disease and/or trauma. There are generally two types of extractions at our office: routine and surgical. A surgical extraction is generally a more complex procedure. Oftentimes a surgical extraction may be required for teeth that are broken at the gum line, have failed to erupt or are impacted.
